Christopher Stees, D.O., FACC
Christopher Stees, D.O., FACC has a passion for cardiovascular disease and treatment as it relates to the electricity of the heart. He often refers to himself as “The electrician.” Dr. Stees is a board- certified Electrophysiologist and is committed to the highest level of care for each and every one of his patients.
“I hope to help add the full complement of cardiovascular services at High Plains Heart and Vascular Center and Platte Valley Medical Center. I truly am passionate about electrophysiology because it is the most challenging and complex field in cardiology, one procedural area where you can offer a cure for disease.”
Dr. Stees was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but has lived in the Denver area since he was seven years old. He received his Medical Degree from Oklahoma State University. He performed his residency training and later completed his advanced fellowship in cardiology and cardiovascular electrophysiology from the University of Colorado.
Dr. Stees has a vibrant family that he spends all his free time enjoying, which includes his wife, son and new baby girl. He also enjoys hobbies such as fly fishing, cycling, hockey, and traveling the world.
